Dara Maclean on the Song Revolution Podcast

Caught up this past week with an amazing singer-songwriter, worship leader, and activist, Dara Maclean. I discovered Dara on iTunes about five years ago and was immediately captivated by her gutsy vocals and even gutsier proclamation of the limitless love of God for all people in songs like “Wanted” and “Blameless.” I became an instant fan!

Dara lives in Fort Worth but was in Nashville writing for her upcoming recording with some of my friends and I was able to snag her for a great interview about her life, music, and the cause she cares deeply about, human trafficking. Dara’s not content to run around the country singing a syrupy Gospel song. Not at all. She has a vision that all human slaves be freed and she’s actively going about it by speaking up and working to make it happen. She talks about it on this show and you DON’T want to miss it!

Dara is a lit stick of dynamite and I know you’re going to LOVE hearing from her on this week’s Song Revolution Podcast releasing this Saturday morning on iTunes, Stitcher, YouTube, Libsyn, Spotify and wherever fine podcasts like ours is found. Tune in, tune up, and turn it up loud with Dara Maclean on SRP Episode 65!
